STAY - A Course in Meditation
STAY - Stillness Through Amplifying Yoga is a 7-day meditation journey into understanding the contents of your psyche. The course will teach you techniques that will shift how you currently deal with specific emotions and ask you to look at unconscious behavior, patterns and stories with a mindful, introspective and tender perspective.
Take this week to get to know yourself, to sit with what needs to arise with an attentive and curious manner. The course will guide you from yourself to yourself and help you access the layers of your mind and the capacity of your heart. Each day will give you a 20-minute sitting practice with a mantra, invocation and a call to action to give you the best benefits and results.
Seven daily meditations accompanied with music. Course modules are Day 1: Stay Receptive, Day 2: Stay Clear, Day 3: Stay Lit, Day 4: Stay Humble, Day 5: Stay Free, Day 6: Stay Honest, and Day 7: Stay Inspired. Also included is a PDF guidebook with detailed instructions on the daily mantras, invocations and action steps.
