Join Bee Bosnak in a reflection inward as she guides you through this 2 hour experience called This Will Also Change. Accompanied by Emre Yilmaz's live composition of guitar, vocal mantras and loops, you will be transported into another realm.

The duo’s inspiration for this collaboration comes from their work in Vipassana meditation where the phenomenon of impermanence is deeply studied with direct experience.

Take this class and be ready to expand on all levels, clear your channel with sacred sound, access the power of your breath and connect back to what you have known all along, that everything you need is within you.

The journey will commence with grounding, followed by a vinyasa inspired flow, closing with yoga nidra and meditation. The full experience is a 2 hour journey of self inquiry and discovery.

You may practice the full 2 hour experience, or on certain days where you need to meditate or down regulate through yoga nidra, or just need the movement practice - you will easily be able to access each specific sequence.
